How to Top Up AI Credits (GCash and QR Ph)

Everything you generate in MarketDragon is paid for with AI credits. When you run low, you can buy a credit pack at any time. This guide shows you where the button is, how to pay, and what happens after.

Before You Start

• You need a MarketDragon account, and you need to be logged in.
• You do not need a paid plan to top up. A top-up is a one-time purchase.
• Have your GCash app, or a banking or e-wallet app that can scan QR Ph, ready on your phone.

Step 1: Open the Top Up Button

There are two ways in. Use whichever is closer.

From the top bar (fastest):

1. Click the coins button in the top-right corner. It shows your balance.
2. The AI Credits panel opens.
3. Click Top Up.

From Billing:

1. Click Billing at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Click the AI Credits tab.

Both ways take you to the AI Credits page. It shows your Available Balance and your Purchase History.

Tip: If you see a banner that says You're out of credits, its Top up link takes you to the same page.

Step 2: Choose a Pack

1. On the AI Credits page, click the orange Top Up button.
2. The Top Up AI Credits window opens and lists the packs on sale.
3. Each pack shows how many credits you get and the price. Prices can change, so always check this window.
4. If a Pay with choice appears at the top, keep HitPay selected. HitPay is the page where you pay with GCash or QR Ph.
5. Click the pack you want.

The pack shows Redirecting to payment... and you move to HitPay's secure checkout page.

Tip: Top up often? Compare the plans on the pricing page. A plan gives you credits every month.

Step 3: Pay on the HitPay Page

HitPay is our payment partner. The HitPay page lists every payment method open right now.

1. Check the amount and the item name. It starts with AI Credits Purchase.
2. Pick how you want to pay:
   • GCash: follow the steps to approve the payment in your GCash app.
   • QR Ph: scan the QR code with your banking or e-wallet app, then confirm.
   • Any other method on the page: follow its steps.
3. Wait until HitPay shows that the payment went through.

Note: You pay once for each pack. Nothing is charged again automatically.

Step 4: Back in MarketDragon

After you pay, HitPay sends you back to Billing.

• If you see Credits purchased successfully!, your credits are already in your balance.
• If you see Payment is still processing. It will be confirmed shortly., the payment is still being confirmed. Your credits appear as soon as HitPay confirms it. You do not need to pay again.

To check your credits:

• Look at the coins button in the top bar, or
• Open Billing > AI Credits. The new pack is listed under Purchase History with its Expires date.

Your Invoice

Every top-up creates an invoice.

1. Open Billing > Invoices.
2. Click Credit Purchase to show only top-ups.
3. A paid top-up shows Paid. Click the eye icon to view it, or the download icon to save a copy.

Troubleshooting

I closed the HitPay page before paying

Solution: Nothing was charged and no credits were added. The invoice stays in Billing > Invoices as Not completed. Click Pay on that row to go back to the same payment page. If it says This checkout has expired, just start a new top-up from Step 1.

The payment failed

Solution: Credits are added only after a payment is confirmed. Go back to Billing > AI Credits, click Top Up and try again. You can also try a different method on the HitPay page.

I paid, but my balance did not change

Solution: Wait a few minutes, then reload the page. A payment can take a short while to be confirmed. If your balance still has not changed, contact support and include the invoice number from Billing > Invoices.

The packs are greyed out

Solution: Checkout is paused for a short while. A notice in the window tells you so. Please try again later.

FAQ

Can I pay with GCash?

Yes. A top-up is a one-time payment on HitPay, and GCash and QR Ph work for one-time payments. The HitPay page shows every method you can use at that moment.

Can I pay with a card?

Only if a card option appears on the HitPay page when you pay. Use whatever methods that page lists.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Credits from a top-up are valid for 365 days after purchase. You can see each pack's Expires date under Billing > AI Credits.

Is a top-up a subscription?

No. A top-up is a one-time purchase. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack. A monthly or yearly plan is a separate thing. See Billing and Subscription.

Can I get a refund?

All payments are final, except in the special cases listed in our Payment Terms. Please read them before you buy.
