These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you ("Client," "you") and MarketDragon ("we," "our," "us"), located at 78 Veloso St. Bo Obrero, Davao City 8000, Philippines. By subscribing to any MarketDragon service plan or making any purchase, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms.
1. Payment Methods
1.1 Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Xendit, our authorized payment processor. We accept the following payment methods:
- GCash: Mobile wallet payments via GCash.
- Maya (formerly PayMaya): Mobile wallet payments via Maya.
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers to our designated accounts (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks).
- Credit Card / Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks processed through Xendit's secure payment gateway.
- QR Ph: Payments via QR Ph-enabled banking apps.
1.2 Payment Security
- All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
- We do not store complete credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
- Payment credentials are securely managed by Xendit in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Two-factor authentication may be required for certain high-value transactions.
2. Billing Cycles
2.1 Monthly Subscription Billing
- All MarketDragon service plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
- Your billing cycle begins on the date of your first successful payment and recurs on the same date each subsequent month.
- If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st in a 30-day month), billing will occur on the last day of that month.
2.2 Billing Notifications
- You will receive an invoice via email at least 3 days before each billing date.
- Payment confirmation receipts are sent immediately after successful payment.
- You can access your complete billing history at any time through your account dashboard.
2.3 Plan Activation
- New subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; the current plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
3.1 All Payments Are Final
All payments made to MarketDragon are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees.
- Add-on purchases (SMS credits, AI credits, additional features).
- One-time service fees.
- Setup or onboarding fees.
3.2 Rationale
As a managed marketing service, MarketDragon allocates resources, personnel, and AI processing capacity immediately upon receiving payment. Content creation, campaign planning, and account setup begin as soon as your subscription is activated. Due to the nature of these services and the resources committed, refunds cannot be issued.
3.3 Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, MarketDragon may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or partial refund. Such exceptions may include:
- Duplicate charges caused by a verified technical error on our part.
- Charges for services that were demonstrably not delivered due to our fault.
- Other circumstances where MarketDragon determines a credit is warranted.

4. Non-Transferable
4.1 Subscription Non-Transferability
- Your MarketDragon subscription is tied to your account and is non-transferable.
- You may not sell, assign, sublicense, or transfer your subscription or any associated credits to another person or entity.
- Account access credentials must not be shared with individuals outside your authorized team.
4.2 Credits Non-Transferable
- SMS credits, AI credits, and any other purchased add-on credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Unused credits do not carry over beyond their stated validity period.
5. No Cancellation After Payment
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- Once a payment has been processed for a billing cycle, that billing cycle cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- You may cancel your subscription to prevent future billing, but your current paid period will remain active until its natural expiration.
- To cancel future billing, you must submit a cancellation request at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
5.2 How to Cancel
- Submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard, or
- Send an email to [email protected] with your account details and cancellation request, or
- Call us at +639989392801 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT).
5.3 Post-Cancellation Access
- After cancellation, you retain access to your account and services until the end of your current paid billing period.
- After the paid period expires, your account will be downgraded to a read-only state for 30 days, during which you may export your data.
- After the 30-day grace period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Add-On Purchases
6.1 SMS Credits
- SMS credits may be purchased separately to enable SMS marketing campaigns.
- SMS credit pricing varies based on the volume purchased and the destination country.
- Purchased SMS credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Unused SMS credits expire after the validity period and are not refundable.
6.2 AI Credits
- Additional AI processing credits may be purchased for content generation beyond your plan's included allowance.
- AI credit pricing is published on our website and may be updated from time to time.
- Purchased AI credits are valid for the duration of your active subscription.
- Unused AI credits expire upon subscription termination and are not refundable.
6.3 Other Add-Ons
- Additional features, services, or capacity may be offered as add-on purchases.
- Each add-on will have its own pricing, terms, and validity period as specified at the time of purchase.
- All add-on purchases are subject to the non-refundable and non-transferable policies described in these Payment Terms.
7. Price Changes and Notification
7.1 Price Adjustments
- MarketDragon reserves the right to adjust pricing for any service plan or add-on at any time.
- Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
7.2 Notification Requirements
- We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
- Notification will be sent via email to your registered email address and/or displayed as a notice on the platform.
- New pricing applies to the first billing cycle after the notification period ends.
7.3 Your Options Upon Price Change
Upon receiving notice of a price increase, you may:
- Accept the new pricing by continuing your subscription.
- Downgrade to a lower-tier plan that meets your needs.
- Cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect, in which case your current plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
8. Failed Payments
8.1 Payment Failure Process
If a scheduled payment fails, the following process applies:
- Immediate Notification: You will receive an email notification that your payment has failed, along with instructions to update your payment method.
- Grace Period (3 Days): You have 3 days to resolve the payment issue. During this period, your services remain fully active.
- Second Attempt: We will automatically retry the payment after 3 days.
- Extended Grace Period (7 Days): If the second attempt fails, you have an additional 4 days (7 days total) to resolve the issue. Some non-essential features may be restricted during this period.
- Service Suspension: If payment is not received within 7 days, your account will be suspended. Suspended accounts retain data but cannot access services.
- Account Termination: If payment is not received within 30 days of the original billing date, your account may be terminated and data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Reactivation
- Suspended accounts can be reactivated immediately upon successful payment.
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before reactivation.
- Terminated accounts require a new subscription and may not be eligible to recover previous data.
8.3 Payment Method Updates
- You may update your payment method at any time through your account dashboard.
- We recommend keeping your payment information up to date to avoid service interruption.
9. Taxes and Fees
9.1 Applicable Taxes
- All prices displayed on our website and invoices are inclusive of applicable Philippine taxes unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
9.2 Currency
- All prices are quoted and charged in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
- For international clients, exchange rate conversions are handled by Xendit at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
