Managing Notifications

Stay informed without being overwhelmed. Configure which notifications you receive and how they're delivered.

Accessing Notifications

View Notifications

  1. Click bell icon in header
  2. See recent notifications
  3. Click to view details

Notification Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Configure preferences
  3. Save changes

Notification Types

Lead Notifications

Get notified for:

  • New lead captured
  • Lead status changes
  • Lead activity
  • Booking requests

Message Notifications

Messenger alerts:

  • New conversations
  • Customer messages
  • Auto-responder triggers
  • Urgent messages

Content Notifications

For social and content:

  • Post published
  • Post failed
  • Engagement alerts
  • Comment notifications

Team Notifications

Collaboration alerts:

  • Member joined
  • Assignment notifications
  • Mentions
  • Approvals needed

Billing Notifications

Account alerts:

  • Payment processed
  • Payment failed
  • Credit low

  1. Enable in browser
  2. Receive even when not on site
  3. Click to jump to item

Configuring Preferences

Enable/Disable

For each notification type:

  1. Find the notification
  2. Toggle on/off
  3. Applies immediately

Frequency Settings

Control how often:

  • Instant (real-time)
  • Hourly digest
  • Daily summary
  • Weekly roundup

Quiet Hours

Set do-not-disturb:

  1. Enable quiet hours
  2. Set start time
  3. Set end time
  4. No notifications during period

Email Digest

Daily Digest

Receive once daily:

  • Summary of activities
  • Important alerts
  • Action items

Weekly Digest

Once per week:

  • Week overview
  • Key metrics
  • Upcoming items

Configure Digest

  1. Go to email settings
  2. Select digest type
  3. Choose delivery time
  4. Save

Managing Notifications

Mark as Read

  1. Click notification
  2. Automatically marked read
  3. Or click "Mark all read"

Clear Notifications

Remove old notifications:

  1. Click clear icon
  2. Confirm clear
  3. History removed

Notification History

View past notifications:

  1. Scroll in notification panel
  2. Or check email records

Best Practices

  1. Be selective - Only enable what matters
  2. Use digests - Reduce interruptions
  3. Set quiet hours - Protect focus time
  4. Check regularly - Don't miss important items
  5. Enable critical - Keep payment and security alerts on
  6. Review monthly - Adjust as needs change
