Accessing Notifications
View Notifications
- Click bell icon in header
- See recent notifications
- Click to view details

- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Configure preferences

Configuring Preferences
Enable/Disable
For each notification type:
- Find the notification
- Toggle on/off
- Applies immediately
Frequency Settings
Control how often:
- Instant (real-time)
- Hourly digest
- Daily summary
- Weekly roundup
Quiet Hours
Set do-not-disturb:
- Enable quiet hours
- Set start time
- Set end time
- No notifications during period
Email Digest
Daily Digest
Receive once daily:
- Summary of activities
- Important alerts
- Action items
Weekly Digest
Once per week:
- Week overview
- Key metrics
- Upcoming items
Configure Digest
- Go to email settings
- Select digest type
- Choose delivery time
- Save
Managing Notifications
Mark as Read
- Click notification
- Automatically marked read
- Or click "Mark all read"
Clear Notifications
Remove old notifications:
- Click clear icon
- Confirm clear
- History removed
Notification History
View past notifications:
- Scroll in notification panel
- Or check email records
Best Practices
- Be selective - Only enable what matters
- Use digests - Reduce interruptions
- Set quiet hours - Protect focus time
- Check regularly - Don't miss important items
- Enable critical - Keep payment and security alerts on
