Billing and Subscription

Find your plan, AI credits and invoices in one place, change or cancel your plan, and top up credits.

Billing is where you see your plan, your AI credits and your invoices. This guide shows what each part does.

Opening Billing

  1. Click Billing at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  2. The Your account page opens with four tabs: Overview, Invoices, AI Credits and People.

Overview

The Overview tab shows:

  • AI Credits: your plan credits and when they renew. Everything you generate is paid for from here.
  • Plan: your plan name, its rate and your Next billing date.
  • Also included: what your plan gives you besides credits, such as Spaces and storage.
  • Invoices: your latest invoices.

Changing Your Plan

  1. Click Change plan.
  2. Compare the plans in the window that opens.
  3. Pick the plan you want and follow the steps to pay.

Add-ons

Click Add-ons to see extras you can add to your plan.

Paying for the Next Period

If you pay for your plan with GCash or QR Ph, your plan does not renew by itself. Before it ends, we email you a reminder with a link to pay for the next period.

Cancelling Your Plan

  1. Click Cancel plan on the Overview tab.
  2. Confirm in the window that opens.

When your plan is set to end, the Overview tab shows the date it ends.

AI Credits

The AI Credits tab shows your Available Balance, the Top Up button and your Purchase History, with the date each pack expires.

To buy more credits, see Top Up AI Credits. It covers paying with GCash or QR Ph, when credits land and what to do if a payment is pending.

To see how you spent your credits, click Usage history on the same tab.

Invoices

  1. Open the Invoices tab.
  2. Filter by Subscription or Credit Purchase, or search for an invoice.
  3. Click the eye icon to view an invoice, or the download icon to save a copy of a paid one.
  4. An invoice marked Not completed has a Pay button. Click it to finish paying. If the checkout has expired, start again from the plan or the top-up.

People

The People tab lists the people you pay for. When a teammate works in your workspace, what they generate is paid from your credits.

Refunds

All payments are final, except in the special cases listed in our Payment Terms.
