Community Guidelines

MarketDragon is a marketing platform for businesses. These Guidelines govern everything created or uploaded through our AI generation tools, and everything displayed in our public Community gallery. They apply to every user, on every plan.

Breaching these Guidelines can result in content removal, loss of access, or permanent account termination without refund.

1. Prohibited Content

The following may not be generated, uploaded, published, or shared through MarketDragon under any circumstances.

1.1 Sexual Content

• Pornography, sexually explicit material, or nudity, whether photographed, illustrated, or AI-generated.
• Sexually suggestive depictions presented for arousal rather than a legitimate commercial purpose.
• Prompts written to elicit any of the above, including attempts to evade our filters through euphemism, misspelling, or coded language.

We do not offer an adult category, an age-gated tier, or an opt-in for this material. It has no place on this platform.

1.2 Child Safety

Any material that sexualises a person under 18 — real, fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated — is absolutely prohibited.

There is no warning and no appeal. We remove the content, terminate the account permanently, preserve the associated records, and report to the appropriate authorities.

1.3 Non-Consensual and Intimate Imagery

• Intimate or sexualised imagery of an identifiable person without their documented consent.
• Sexualised "deepfakes" or manipulated likenesses of real people.
• Content published to harass, humiliate, or extort a person.

1.4 Violence, Hate, and Harassment

• Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of serious injury.
• Hate speech, or content demeaning a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Threats, targeted harassment, or incitement to violence.
• Instructions or encouragement for self-harm or suicide.

1.5 Illegal and Deceptive Activity

• Promotion or sale of illegal goods, services, or controlled substances.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive marketing, or fake reviews and testimonials.
• Impersonation of a real person or organisation in a deceptive or damaging manner.
• Content infringing another party's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise our systems or other users.

2. How We Enforce This

2.1 Prompt Screening

Every generation prompt is automatically screened before it reaches an image or video model. Prompts matching prohibited categories are refused, no generation is attempted, and the decision is logged. Screening applies to all surfaces, including anonymous and free-tier access. Where screening cannot run, generation is refused rather than allowed through unchecked.

2.2 Review and Removal

We remove content that breaches these Guidelines when we find it or when it is reported to us. Depending on severity we may also suspend generation access, terminate the account, and preserve records for law enforcement.

2.3 Publishing and the Community Gallery

Everything you create is private to your workspace. It is visible to you and to people you have invited into that workspace, and to nobody else.

You cannot publish your content to our public Community gallery, and there is no other route by which your content becomes publicly visible through MarketDragon. The gallery displays only material selected and published by the MarketDragon team.

If content of yours was publicly visible under our earlier arrangement, you may withdraw it at any time. The ability to remove your own content is never restricted.

3. Reporting a Problem

Email [email protected] with a link to the content and a short description. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.

Reports concerning child safety or non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as urgent and prioritised ahead of all other queues.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for what you create and publish, and for holding any rights or consents your content requires — including the consent of any identifiable person appearing in material you upload or generate.

You must not attempt to circumvent our safety controls. Deliberate evasion is treated as a serious breach in its own right, independent of what was generated.

5. Appeals

If you believe we acted in error, email [email protected]. We will review the decision and respond. Decisions relating to child sexual abuse material are final and are not subject to appeal.

6. Changes

We may update these Guidelines as our platform, the law, and the risks change. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
