Configure your workspace, brand, and business settings

Company Settings

Configure your workspace to match your business needs. Set up branding, team permissions, and operational settings.

Accessing Settings

  1. Click Settings in sidebar
  2. Or click company name > Settings

General Settings

Company Information

Update business details:

  • Company Name - Your business name
  • Industry - Select your industry
  • Website - Company website URL
  • Description - Brief about your business

Contact Information

Set contact details:

  • Business email
  • Phone number
  • Address

Brand Settings

Logo

Upload your logo:

  1. Go to Brand section
  2. Click Upload Logo
  3. Select file (PNG recommended)
  4. Adjust positioning
  5. Save

Brand Colors

Set your color palette:

  1. Click Add Color
  2. Enter hex code or use picker
  3. Name the color
  4. Colors appear in Canvas Editor

Partner Logos

Add partner/client logos:

  1. Go to Partner Logos
  2. Upload logo files
  3. Use in designs

Business Hours

Set Hours

Configure operating hours:

  1. Select each day
  2. Set open and close times
  3. Mark closed days
  4. Save schedule

Time Zone

Set your timezone:

  1. Find Timezone setting
  2. Select your zone
  3. Affects scheduling and analytics

Notifications

Email Notifications

Configure what emails you receive:

  • New leads
  • Messages
  • Booking confirmations
  • Team activity
  • Reports

In-App Notifications

Set notification preferences:

  • Real-time alerts
  • Daily digest
  • Sound notifications

Connected Services

View and manage:

  • Facebook pages
  • Ad accounts
  • Other integrations

Add Integrations

  1. Click Add Integration
  2. Select service
  3. Authenticate
  4. Configure settings

Billing

Subscription

View your plan:

  • Current plan details
  • Usage limits
  • Renewal date

Upgrade/Downgrade

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. View plan options
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm change

Payment Methods

Manage payments:

  • Add new card
  • Update existing
  • View invoices
  • Download receipts

Security

Password

Change your password:

  1. Go to Security
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password
  4. Confirm change

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA:

  1. Click Enable 2FA
  2. Scan QR code
  3. Enter verification
  4. Save backup codes

Sessions

View active sessions:

  • See logged-in devices
  • Revoke suspicious sessions

Data & Privacy

Export Data

Download your data:

  1. Go to Data section
  2. Click Export
  3. Select data types
  4. Download package

Delete Company

Permanently delete workspace:

  1. Contact support
  2. Confirm ownership
  3. Data deleted after 30 days
