Workspace Settings

A workspace is where your Spaces, films and creatives live. Its settings are short: a picture, a name, a timezone and a description. This guide shows where to find them and what each one does.

Before You Start

• You need to be the workspace owner or an Admin. Other roles do not see the settings button.
• The workspace owner needs an active plan. Without one, the workspace cannot be opened.

Step 1: Open Workspace Settings

There are two ways in.

From inside a workspace:

1. Look at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Click the settings (sliders) button, next to Home and the theme switch.
3. The Workspace settings window opens.

From your workspace list:

1. Open Workspaces.
2. On a workspace you own, click the sliders button on its card.

Step 2: Change the Details

Workspace picture

Click the picture area and choose a file. It uploads right away. You do not need to press Save.

• Use a PNG or JPG.
• A square image looks best.
• With no picture, the workspace shows its first two letters.

Workspace name

The name shows in the sidebar, your workspace list and the page header. It is required.

Timezone

Pick the clock this workspace runs on. Scheduled posts go out on this clock.

Tip: If your team is in the Philippines, pick Asia/Manila (GMT+8).

Description (optional)

Write one or two lines about what this workspace is for. The AI reads it for context when it works in this workspace.

Step 3: Save

1. Click Save.
2. The window closes and the page shows your changes.

Click Cancel to close the window without saving.

Delete a Workspace

Only the owner sees this button.

1. Open Workspace settings.
2. Click Delete workspace at the bottom left.
3. Read the list of what will be deleted.
4. Confirm.

Warning: Deleting a workspace is permanent. It cannot be undone.

Where Did Branding and Credits Go?

Older versions of this page had more tabs. Here is where things are now:

• Brand colors and brand fonts are no longer a feature.
• Your AI credits are on the Billing page. Open Billing > AI Credits.
• Storage has its own link in the left sidebar.
• People in your workspace are on Billing > People. See Workspace Collaborators.

Troubleshooting

I do not see the settings button

Solution: Only the owner and Admins can change workspace settings. Ask the owner to open them for you, or to make you an Admin.

My picture did not upload

Solution: Check that the file is a PNG or JPG and not too large. Try a smaller image. An error shows under the picture if the upload fails.

My scheduled post went out at the wrong time

Solution: Open Workspace settings and check the Timezone. Change it to your local time and click Save.
