Company Settings

The Settings page lets you configure your company's core information, branding, and business hours. These details are used across the platform.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar to open the company settings page.

Company Information

The main settings form includes:

• Company Name -- Your business name as displayed across the platform
• Industry -- Your business category
• Website -- Your company URL
• Description -- A brief summary of your business

Edit any field and click Save to apply changes.

Brand Settings

Configure your brand identity:

• Brand Color -- Your primary brand color used in templates and creatives
• Logo -- Upload your company logo

Business Hours

Set your operating hours so customers know when you are available:

1. Click Edit Business Hours
2. A modal will slide in with a day-by-day schedule
3. For each day, set your opening and closing times or mark the day as closed
4. Click Save

Business hours appear on your booking pages and help AI personas respond with accurate availability information.

Using Settings Data

Your company settings feed into several features:

• AI Personas use your business description and hours to answer customer questions
• Booking Calendar respects your business hours when showing available slots
• Creatives can pull in your brand color and logo

Tip: Keep your company description up to date. The AI Assistant and AI Personas reference it when generating responses.
