Using the Assets Library
The Assets Library stores all your digital files - logos, images, videos, and documents. Keep everything organized and accessible.
Accessing Assets
- Click Assets in sidebar
- View all uploaded files
- Switch between grid and list view
Asset Types
Supported Files

File Limits
- Images: Up to 25MB each
- Videos: Up to 100MB each
- Total storage based on plan
Uploading Assets
Single Upload
- Click Upload
- Select file
- File uploads to library
Bulk Upload
- Click Upload
- Select multiple files
- Or drag and drop folder
Upload from URL
- Click Import from URL
- Paste image URL
- Asset downloads to library
Organizing Assets
Folders
Create folder structure:
- Click New Folder
- Name your folder
- Drag assets into folders
Tags
Add tags for filtering:
- Select asset
- Click Add Tag
- Create or select tags
Search
Find assets quickly:
- Search by name
- Filter by type
- Filter by tags
- Sort by date
Using Assets
In Canvas Editor
- Open Canvas Editor
- Click Images > My Assets
- Select asset to add
In Social Posts
- Create social post
- Click Add Image
- Select from Assets
Copy Asset URL
- Right-click asset
- Click Copy URL
- Use anywhere
Managing Assets
View Details
Click asset to see:
- Preview
- File information
- Size and dimensions
- Upload date
- Usage history
Rename Asset
- Click asset
- Click Rename
- Enter new name
- Save
Move Asset
- Select asset(s)
- Click Move
- Select destination folder
Delete Asset
- Select asset
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
Asset Approval
Approval Workflow
If enabled:
- Upload asset
- Goes to pending
- Admin approves
- Asset available to use
Request Approval
- Select pending asset
- Click Request Approval
- Add notes if needed
Sharing Assets
Team Access
All team members can:
- View approved assets
- Use in designs
- Based on permissions
Share Externally
- Select asset
- Click Share Link
- Copy public URL
- Link expires after set time
Best Practices
- Name clearly - Descriptive file names
- Organize from start - Create folders early
- Use tags - Multiple tags per asset
- Clean regularly - Remove unused files
- Check quality - Before uploading
- Optimize size - Compress large files
