Keep your account secure and your profile up to date. Learn how to manage personal settings and security features.
Profile Settings
Accessing Profile
- Click your avatar (top right)
- Select Profile
- Or go to Settings > Profile
Personal Information
Update your details:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
Profile Photo
Change your avatar:
- Click on current photo
- Upload new image
- Crop if needed
- Save
Time Zone
Set your local time:
- Find timezone setting
- Select your zone
- Affects all scheduling
Security Settings
Accessing Security
- Go to Settings > Security
- View security options
Change Password
Update your password:
- Click Change Password
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Save
Password Requirements
Strong passwords include:
- At least 8 characters
- Uppercase and lowercase
- Numbers
- Special characters
Two-Factor Authentication
What is 2FA?
Extra security layer:
- Password + verification code
- Code from authenticator app
- Much harder to hack
Enable 2FA
- Go to Security settings
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan QR code with app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes
Authenticator Apps
Recommended apps:
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
- 1Password
- Microsoft Authenticator
Backup Codes
Save these securely:
- One-time use codes
- For when phone unavailable
- Store in safe place
Disable 2FA
If needed:
- Go to Security
- Click Disable 2FA
- Enter password
- Confirm
Session Management
Active Sessions
See where you're logged in:
- Go to Security
- View Active Sessions
- See device and location
Log Out Other Sessions
For security:
- Click Log Out All
- All other sessions end
- You stay logged in here
Suspicious Activity
If you see unknown sessions:
- Log out all sessions
- Change password
- Enable 2FA
- Contact support
Email Security
Email Notifications
Get alerted for:
- New login from unknown device
- Password changes
- Security setting changes
Verify Email
Ensure email is verified:
- Check verification status
- If unverified, click resend
- Check inbox and verify
Account Recovery
Recovery Options
Set up recovery:
- Verified email
- Phone number
- Backup codes (with 2FA)
Forgot Password
If locked out:
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter email address
- Check inbox for link
- Reset password
