Understanding Credits
What Are Credits?
Credits are used for:
- AI content generation
- Image generation
- Auto-responder messages
- AI analysis features
Credit Usage
Different features use different amounts:

Viewing Your Credits
Credit Balance
Check your balance:
- Look at header bar
- Or go to Credits page
- See current balance
Usage History
See how credits were used:
- Go to Credits > History
- View transactions
- Filter by date or type

Your plan includes AI credits that refresh monthly:

- Plus: 200 credits/month
- Ultra: 1,000 credits/month

Subscription Management
View Current Plan
See your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- View plan details
- See renewal date
Upgrade Plan
Get more features:
- Click Upgrade
- Compare plans
- Select new plan
- Confirm change
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Downgrade Plan
Reduce your plan:
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower tier
- Changes at next renewal
Cancel Subscription
To cancel:
- Go to Billing
- Click Cancel
- Follow prompts
- Access continues until period ends

View Invoices

- See all invoices
- Click to view details
Download Invoice
- Click on invoice
- Click Download PDF
- Save for records

Each invoice shows:
- Date and number
- Items charged
- Amount paid
- Payment method
Credit Alerts
Set Up Alerts
Get notified when credits run low:
- Go to notification settings
- Enable credit alerts
- Set threshold (e.g., 100 credits)
Low Credit Warning
When credits run low:
- In-app notification
- Email alert
- Prompt to purchase
Best Practices
- Monitor usage - Check credits weekly
- Set alerts - Avoid running out
- Buy in bulk - Better value per credit
- Annual billing - Save 20% on paid plans
- Review invoices - Track expenses
