Create and organize your product catalog for use across the platform

Managing Products and Services

Build your product catalog to use in campaigns, landing pages, and AI-generated content. Keep your offerings organized and up-to-date.

Accessing Products

  1. Go to Settings > Products
  2. Or click Products in sidebar
  3. View all your products and services

Adding Products

Create New Product

  1. Click Add Product
  2. Fill in product details
  3. Upload images
  4. Set pricing
  5. Save

Product Information

Required fields:

  • Product name
  • Description
  • Price
  • Status (active/inactive)

Optional fields:

  • SKU/Product code
  • Category
  • Variants
  • Stock quantity

Product Images

Adding Images

  1. Click image upload area
  2. Select images (multiple allowed)
  3. Drag to reorder
  4. Set primary image

Image Guidelines

  • Use high-quality images
  • Square format works best
  • Minimum 800x800 pixels
  • Maximum 25MB per image

Product Categories

Create Categories

Organize products:

  1. Go to Categories
  2. Click Add Category
  3. Name your category
  4. Assign products

Using Categories

  • Filter products by category
  • Group in campaigns
  • Organize landing pages

Product Variants

What Are Variants?

Different options for same product:

  • Sizes (S, M, L, XL)
  • Colors (Red, Blue, Green)
  • Materials

Adding Variants

  1. Edit product
  2. Click Add Variant
  3. Set variant name
  4. Set price (if different)
  5. Save

Product Status

Active Products

  • Visible across platform
  • Can be used in campaigns
  • Shown on landing pages

Inactive Products

  • Hidden from use
  • Keep for future
  • Easy to reactivate

Using Products

In Campaigns

  1. Create campaign
  2. Select products to feature
  3. AI generates relevant content

In Landing Pages

  1. Edit landing page
  2. Add product section
  3. Select products to display

In AI Content

Products inform AI:

  • Generates relevant captions
  • Creates product descriptions
  • Suggests promotions

Editing Products

Update Details

  1. Click on product
  2. Edit any field
  3. Save changes
  4. Updates everywhere

Bulk Actions

Select multiple products:

  • Change status
  • Assign category
  • Delete

Importing Products

From CSV

  1. Click Import
  2. Download template
  3. Fill in product data
  4. Upload CSV file
  5. Review and confirm

Import Fields

  • Name (required)
  • Description
  • Price
  • Category
  • Image URLs

Exporting Products

Export Options

  1. Click Export
  2. Choose format (CSV)
  3. Select fields
  4. Download file

Export Uses

  • Backup data
  • Share with team
  • Use in other systems

Best Practices

  1. Use clear names - Descriptive product titles
  2. Quality images - Professional photos
  3. Complete info - Fill all relevant fields
  4. Keep updated - Refresh prices and availability
  5. Organize early - Set up categories from start
  6. Regular review - Archive outdated products
