Adding Text
Text Types
Click Text in the left toolbar to see options:
- Heading - Large, bold text for titles
- Subheading - Medium text for sections
- Body Text - Regular paragraph text
- Text Styles - Pre-designed combinations
Add to Canvas
- Select a text type
- Click to place on canvas
- Type your content
Editing Text
Change Content
- Double-click the text box
- Select existing text
- Type new content
Font Selection
- Select the text element
- Click the font dropdown
- Browse or search fonts
- Click to apply
Font Size
Options to change size:
- Use the size dropdown
- Click +/- buttons
- Type exact pixel value
- Drag text handles
Text Styling
Basic Formatting

- Left - Align text left

- Select text
- Click color picker
- Choose solid color or gradient
Shadow
- Enable text shadow
- Set shadow color
- Adjust blur and offset
Outline
- Enable stroke/outline
- Set outline width
- Choose outline color
Using Brand Fonts
Access Brand Kit
If configured, your brand fonts appear:
- Click Brand Kit in fonts
- Your custom fonts listed first
- Apply for consistent branding
Upload Custom Fonts
- Go to Brand Settings
- Upload font files (.ttf, .otf, .woff)
- Fonts become available in editor
Text Best Practices
- Limit fonts - Use 2-3 fonts maximum
- Create hierarchy - Different sizes for importance
- Ensure readability - Good contrast with background
- Keep it concise - Less text is more impactful
Pro Tips
- Press Enter for new paragraph
- Press Shift+Enter for line break
- Use Ctrl/Cmd+B for bold
- Use Ctrl/Cmd+I for italic
