Connecting Your Social Pages
Link your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages to start publishing.
Before you can publish posts or view analytics, you need to connect at least one social media page. MarketDragon supports Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- Admin access to the social media pages you want to connect
- An active login session on the platform you are connecting
- Pop-ups enabled in your browser (the OAuth flow opens in a new window)
Step-by-Step: Connect a Page
- Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar
- Click Integrations or Connected Pages
- Click the Connect button next to the platform you want to add
- A new window opens asking you to log in and authorize MarketDragon
- Grant the requested permissions
- Select the specific pages or accounts you want to connect
- Click Done — you are redirected back to MarketDragon
The connected pages now appear in your pages list and are available for posting and analytics.
Platform-Specific Notes
Facebook & Instagram
Facebook and Instagram are connected through the same Meta authorization. When you connect Facebook, any linked Instagram Business accounts become available automatically.
YouTube
You will be asked to sign in with your Google account. Select the YouTube channel you want to manage.
TikTok
TikTok requires a TikTok Business account. Personal accounts cannot be connected for publishing.
Connect your LinkedIn profile or a LinkedIn Company Page that you administer.
Managing Connected Pages
- To disconnect a page, go to Settings > Integrations and click the disconnect icon next to the page
- To reconnect a page with expired permissions, click the refresh icon
Troubleshooting
Authorization Failed
If the connection fails, check that you have admin permissions on the page. For Facebook, ensure your account is an admin of the Business Suite.
Page Not Showing
If a page does not appear after connecting, try disconnecting and reconnecting. Some platforms require a few seconds to sync.
