Complete Your Onboarding
After signing up, the onboarding wizard helps you configure your workspace for success. Follow this guide to complete each step.
Step 1: Choose Your Plan
Select the plan that fits your needs:
- Starter - Perfect for individuals and small businesses
- Professional - For growing teams with advanced features
- Enterprise - Custom solutions for large organizations
Step 2: Connect Your Facebook Page
This is the most important step for unlocking social features:
- Click Connect with Facebook
- Log in to your Facebook account
- Select the pages you want to manage
- Grant the necessary permissions
Permissions Explained

Step 3: Invite Your Team
Add team members to collaborate:
- Enter email addresses
- Select their role (Admin, Editor, Viewer)
- Click Send Invitations
Team Roles
- Admin - Full access to all features
- Editor - Create and edit content, no billing access
- Viewer - View-only access to reports and content
Step 4: Configure Brand Settings
Set up your brand identity:
- Upload your logo
- Set brand colors
- Configure business hours
- Add contact information
Step 5: Complete Setup
Review your settings and click Complete Setup to access your dashboard.

Troubleshooting
Can't Connect Facebook Page?
- Ensure you're a Page Admin
- Try logging out and back into Facebook
- Clear browser cookies and retry
Team Invites Not Received?
- Check spam/junk folders
- Verify email addresses
- Resend invitations from Settings > Team
