Plan your social media content in advance with the scheduling tools and calendar view. Stay organized and consistent.

Social Calendar

Accessing the Calendar

  1. Click Social Calendar in sidebar
  2. View your scheduled content
  3. Navigate by month or week

Calendar Views

  • Month View - See full month at glance
  • Week View - Detailed weekly planning
  • Day View - Hour-by-hour breakdown

Scheduling Posts

From Post Creator

  1. Create your post content
  2. Click Schedule instead of Publish
  3. Select date and time
  4. Confirm scheduling

From Calendar

  1. Click on a date/time slot
  2. Create new post dialog opens
  3. Fill in content
  4. Post schedules to that slot

Managing Scheduled Posts

View Scheduled Posts

Click any scheduled post to see:

  • Post content preview
  • Scheduled date/time
  • Target pages
  • Post status

Edit Scheduled Posts

  1. Click on the post
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make changes
  4. Save updates

Reschedule Posts

Drag and drop method:

  1. Click and hold post
  2. Drag to new date/time
  3. Release to reschedule

Or use edit dialog:

  1. Click post
  2. Click Reschedule
  3. Select new date/time

Delete Scheduled Posts

  1. Click on post
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Set up a posting queue:

  1. Add posts to queue
  2. Set recurring schedule
  3. Posts auto-publish in order

Calendar Filters

Filter by Page

  1. Click filter icon
  2. Select specific pages
  3. View only their content

Filter by Status

  • Scheduled - Upcoming posts
  • Published - Already posted
  • Draft - Not yet scheduled
  • Failed - Posts that errored

Approvals

Require Approval

If enabled for your team:

  1. Schedule post
  2. Goes to approval queue
  3. Admin approves
  4. Post publishes as scheduled

Approve Posts

  1. View pending approvals
  2. Review content
  3. Approve or request changes
