Batch Post Generation

Save time by creating multiple posts at once. Use AI to generate content variations and schedule an entire week's content in minutes.

Accessing Batch Generation

  1. Go to Social Pages
  2. Select a page
  3. Click Posts > Batch Create

Creating a Batch

Basic Setup

Configure your batch:

  • Number of posts - How many to create
  • Date range - When to publish
  • Content theme - What topic/campaign

Content Source

Choose how to generate content:

  • AI Generated - Let AI create captions
  • Manual Entry - Write each caption
  • From Template - Use saved templates

AI Batch Generation

Describe Your Content

Provide AI with context:

  1. Enter your topic/theme
  2. Select tone and style
  3. Set any constraints
  4. Click Generate

Example Prompt

"Create 7 posts for a coffee shop, one for each day. Include mix of: product highlights, behind-the-scenes, customer appreciation, and special offers. Casual and friendly tone."

Review Generated Content

AI produces:

  • Unique captions for each post
  • Suggested hashtags
  • Recommended posting times
  • Image suggestions

Adding Images

Per-Post Images

  1. Click on individual post
  2. Add specific image
  3. From library or upload

Bulk Image Assignment

  1. Select multiple posts
  2. Click Add Images
  3. AI matches images to content

AI Image Generation

  1. Enable Generate Images
  2. AI creates visuals for posts
  3. Review and approve

Scheduling the Batch

Auto-Schedule

Let AI pick optimal times:

  1. Enable Auto-Schedule
  2. Set date range
  3. AI distributes posts optimally

Manual Schedule

Set specific times:

  1. Click each post
  2. Set date and time
  3. Or drag on calendar

Schedule Patterns

  • Every day at same time
  • Weekdays only
  • Custom pattern

Reviewing and Editing

Preview All

  1. Click Preview Batch
  2. See all posts in sequence
  3. Check flow and variety

Edit Individual Posts

  1. Click on any post
  2. Edit caption, image, or time
  3. Changes save automatically

Regenerate Specific

Not happy with one post?

  1. Select the post
  2. Click Regenerate
  3. Get new content

Finalizing Batch

Approve and Schedule

  1. Review all posts
  2. Click Schedule All
  3. Posts enter queue
  4. Publish automatically

Save as Draft

  1. Click Save Draft
  2. Return later to finalize
  3. Find in Drafts folder

Batch Management

View Scheduled Batches

See all batch-created content:

  1. Go to Social Calendar
  2. Filter by batch
  3. View grouped posts

Edit Scheduled Batch

Make changes after scheduling:

  1. Find batch in calendar
  2. Click Edit Batch
  3. Modify as needed

Cancel Batch

Remove all posts:

  1. Select batch
  2. Click Cancel Batch
  3. All posts removed from schedule

Best Practices

  1. Vary content - Don't repeat same message
  2. Mix post types - Different formats and topics
  3. Space appropriately - Don't overwhelm followers
  4. Review before scheduling - Check each post
