Using the Activity Log

The Activity Log tracks everything happening in your workspace. Monitor actions, review history, and maintain accountability.

Accessing Activity Log

  1. Click Activity Feed in sidebar
  2. View recent activities
  3. Filter and search as needed

Understanding Activities

What's Tracked

The log records:

  • Content creation and edits
  • Lead interactions
  • Message activities
  • Team member actions
  • System events
  • Status changes

Activity Details

Each entry shows:

  • Who performed the action
  • What action was taken
  • When it happened
  • What was affected

Content Activities

  • Creative created
  • Post published
  • Campaign launched
  • Design edited

Lead Activities

  • New lead created
  • Lead status changed
  • Note added
  • Communication sent

Message Activities

  • Conversation started

Filtering Activities

By Type

Filter by activity type:

  1. Click filter dropdown
  2. Select activity type
  3. View filtered results

By Team Member

See specific person's actions:

  1. Click member filter
  2. Select team member
  3. View their activities

By Date Range

Filter by time:

  1. Click date picker
  2. Select start and end
  3. View activities in range

By Object

Filter by what was affected:

  • Specific lead
  • Specific creative
  • Specific campaign
