Manage appointments and customer bookings efficiently

Using the Booking System

The booking system helps you manage appointments, schedule services, and let customers book directly. Streamline your scheduling workflow.

Accessing Bookings

  1. Click Bookings in the sidebar
  2. View all bookings
  3. Switch between list and calendar view

Booking Calendar

Calendar View

See bookings visually:

  • Month view for overview
  • Week view for detail
  • Day view for hour-by-hour

Navigate Calendar

  • Use arrows for next/previous
  • Click date to jump to it
  • Today button returns to current

Creating Bookings

Manual Booking

  1. Click Create Booking
  2. Select customer (or create new)
  3. Choose service/product
  4. Set date and time
  5. Add notes if needed
  6. Click Save

Booking Details

Required information:

  • Customer name
  • Service type
  • Date and time
  • Duration

Optional:

  • Notes
  • Special requests
  • Reminders

Booking Status

Status Options

Track each booking:

  • Pending - Awaiting confirmation
  • Confirmed - Approved and scheduled
  • Completed - Service delivered
  • Cancelled - Booking cancelled
  • No Show - Customer didn't arrive

Update Status

  1. Click on booking
  2. Select new status
  3. Add notes if needed

Public Booking Pages

Landing Pages

Create pages for customers to book:

  1. Go to Landing Pages
  2. Click Create
  3. Configure booking form
  4. Share the link

Booking Form

Customers can:

  • View available slots
  • Select service
  • Choose date/time
  • Enter their information
  • Submit booking

Available Slots

Configure availability:

  • Set business hours
  • Block specific dates
  • Set buffer between appointments
  • Limit daily bookings

QR Code Booking

Generate QR

  1. Go to booking page
  2. Click QR Code
  3. Download or display

Use Cases

  • Print on business cards
  • Display in store
  • Add to marketing materials

Managing Bookings

View Booking

Click any booking to see:

  • Customer details
  • Service information
  • Date and time
  • Notes and history

Edit Booking

  1. Open booking
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update details
  4. Save changes

Cancel Booking

  1. Open booking
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Select reason
  4. Optionally notify customer

Get alerts for:

Calendar Sync

Export Calendar

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find calendar export
  3. Copy calendar URL
  4. Add to Google/Outlook calendar

Stay Updated

External calendar shows:

  • All bookings

  • Real-time sync

Booking Reports

View Reports

Track booking metrics:

  • Total bookings
  • Completion rate
  • Popular times
  • Revenue (if applicable)

Export Data

  1. Select date range
  2. Click Export
  3. Download report

Best Practices

  1. Confirm promptly - Don't leave bookings pending
  2. Send reminders - Reduce no-shows
  3. Update status - Keep records accurate
  4. Block unavailable times - Prevent overbooking
  5. Follow up - Check satisfaction after service
