Accessing Prompts

Company Prompts

Shared across your workspace:

  1. Click Prompts in sidebar
  2. View company prompts
  3. Use or edit as needed

Personal Prompts

Private to you:

  1. Click My Prompts
  2. View your private collection

Creating Prompts

New Prompt

  1. Click Create Prompt
  2. Fill in details
  3. Write your prompt template
  4. Save

Prompt Fields

Configure:

  • Name - Descriptive title
  • Description - What it does
  • Category - Organization
  • Prompt Text - The actual instructions

Writing Effective Prompts

Structure

Good prompts include:

  1. Context/role setting
  2. Specific task

  4. Constraints/guidelines

Example Prompt

Requirements:
- Keep it under {length} characters

Output only the caption, no explanations.

Variables

Use curly braces for inputs:

  1. Select a prompt
  2. Fill in variables
  3. Click Generate
  4. View AI output
  5. Copy or use result

Preview Mode

Test before using:

  1. Click Preview
  2. Enter sample inputs
  3. See generated output
  4. Refine prompt if needed

  2. Click Edit

  4. Save changes

  1. Select prompt
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Clone Prompts

  1. Select prompt
  2. Click Clone
  3. New copy created
  4. Modify as needed
