Efficiently handle Messenger conversations from all your pages

Managing Your Inbox

Handle all your Facebook Messenger conversations in one centralized inbox. Stay on top of customer messages efficiently.

Accessing the Inbox

  1. Click Messenger in the sidebar
  2. View all conversations
  3. Filter by page if needed

Inbox Layout

Conversation List

The left panel shows:

  • All conversations
  • Unread indicators
  • Customer names
  • Last message preview
  • Time stamp

Message View

The center panel displays:

  • Full conversation history
  • Message timestamps
  • Delivery status
  • Media attachments

Customer Info

The right panel shows:

  • Customer profile
  • Contact information
  • Conversation tags
  • Previous interactions

Filtering Conversations

By Status

Filter by conversation state:

  • All - Everything
  • Unread - New messages
  • Open - Active conversations
  • Closed - Resolved

By Page

If multiple pages connected:

  1. Click page filter
  2. Select specific page
  3. View only those conversations

Search

Find specific conversations:

  1. Use search bar
  2. Search by name or content
  3. Results filter instantly

Managing Conversations

Open Conversation

Click any conversation to:

  • View full history
  • Reply to messages
  • Access customer info

Mark as Read/Unread

  • Click checkbox to mark read
  • Right-click for unread
  • Bulk select multiple

Archive Conversations

To clean up inbox:

  1. Select conversations
  2. Click Archive
  3. Moves to archived folder

Delete Conversations

To permanently remove:

  1. Select conversations
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Responding to Messages

Quick Reply

  1. Type in message box
  2. Press Enter to send
  3. Message delivers instantly

Use Templates

  1. Click template icon
  2. Select saved response
  3. Customize if needed
  4. Send

AI Assistance

  1. Click AI Suggest
  2. AI reads conversation
  3. Generates response
  4. Edit and send

Conversation Tags

Add Tags

Organize with labels:

  1. Open conversation
  2. Click Add Tag
  3. Select or create tag

Tag Examples

  • Hot Lead
  • Support Issue
  • Follow Up
  • VIP Customer

Filter by Tags

  1. Click tag filter
  2. Select tags
  3. View matching conversations
