Managing Your Inbox
Handle all your Facebook Messenger conversations in one centralized inbox. Stay on top of customer messages efficiently.
Accessing the Inbox
- Click Messenger in the sidebar
- View all conversations
- Filter by page if needed
Inbox Layout
Conversation List
The left panel shows:
- All conversations
- Unread indicators
- Customer names
- Last message preview
- Time stamp
Message View
The center panel displays:
- Full conversation history
- Message timestamps
- Delivery status
- Media attachments
Customer Info
The right panel shows:
- Customer profile
- Contact information
- Conversation tags
- Previous interactions
Filtering Conversations
By Status
Filter by conversation state:
- All - Everything
- Unread - New messages
- Open - Active conversations
- Closed - Resolved
By Page
If multiple pages connected:
- Click page filter
- Select specific page
- View only those conversations
Search
Find specific conversations:
- Use search bar
- Search by name or content
- Results filter instantly
Managing Conversations
Open Conversation
Click any conversation to:
- View full history
- Reply to messages
- Access customer info
Mark as Read/Unread
- Click checkbox to mark read
- Right-click for unread
- Bulk select multiple
Archive Conversations
To clean up inbox:
- Select conversations
- Click Archive
- Moves to archived folder
Delete Conversations
To permanently remove:
- Select conversations
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Responding to Messages
Quick Reply
- Type in message box
- Press Enter to send
- Message delivers instantly
Use Templates
- Click template icon
- Select saved response
- Customize if needed
- Send
AI Assistance
- Click AI Suggest
- AI reads conversation
- Generates response
- Edit and send
Conversation Tags
Add Tags
Organize with labels:
- Open conversation
- Click Add Tag
- Select or create tag

- Click tag filter
- Select tags
- View matching conversations
