Handle all your Facebook Messenger conversations in one place. This guide covers the essentials of customer communication management.

Accessing Messenger

  1. Click Messenger in the sidebar under Communication
  2. You'll see all conversations from connected pages
  3. Unread messages are highlighted

Understanding the Interface

Conversation List

The left panel shows:

  • All conversations sorted by recency
  • Unread message indicators
  • Customer name and last message preview
  • Page identifier (if multiple pages connected)

Message View

The center panel displays:

  • Full conversation history
  • Message timestamps
  • Sent/delivered/read status
  • Media attachments

Customer Details

The right panel shows:

  • Customer profile information
  • Conversation tags
  • Quick actions
  • AI-generated summary

Responding to Messages

Manual Response

  1. Click on a conversation
  2. Type your message in the input field
  3. Press Enter or click Send

Quick Replies

Use pre-saved responses:

  1. Click the Quick Reply icon
  2. Select from your saved templates
  3. Customize if needed
  4. Send

AI-Assisted Responses

Let AI help craft responses:

  1. Click Generate Response
  2. AI analyzes the conversation context
  3. Review the suggested reply
  4. Edit and send

Tags and Labels
