3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Free Plan: 1 company, 3 team members, basic features with limited usage
  • Starter Plan: 3 companies, 10 team members, enhanced features and higher limits
  • Professional Plan: 10 companies, 25 team members, advanced features and premium support
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited companies, 100 team members, full feature access and dedicated support

4.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4.3 Usage Limits

  • Each plan has specific limits on companies, team members, and feature usage
  • Exceeding limits may result in service restrictions or automatic plan upgrades
  • Enterprise customers may request custom limits

5. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Use the Service for legitimate marketing and business purposes
  • Create content that complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others
